Meeting You With
Balance &
Compassion
There's an overwhelming sense that things are about to boil-over again, that you can't possibly manage the pressure of holding everything together or keeping things inside any longer. You've tried so hard to please everyone else, to achieve some sense of peace through your achievements and care for others, but nothing you do ever feels good enough. Exhausted and depleted, it's hard to see any way out of these cycles.
Avoidance, numbing, and distractions haven't helped in the long run–you're noticing chronic pain and fatigue, feeling the impact of strained or failed relationships, and realizing that life is slipping past you. Disconnected, it's hard to identify how you feel and what you want; even if you have a sense, it feels too overwhelming to follow-through with changes or face upsetting or disappointing others in your life.

Someone who could really see you and accept you as you are in the present could help to turn down the volume of those cruel inner voices. A gentle curiosity from an outside observer could improve your understanding of your patterns and struggles, helping to untie the knots that have kept you feeling tangled-up. Patience and consistent encouragement may make those goals for caring for yourself and facing your fears feel more manageable to reach for.

My approach centers compassion for the ways that each person learned to survive. Exploring personal histories and values often uncovers tender wounds that can be held and processed together. Instead of prescribing my own values onto you, I encourage your connection to your guiding principles, intuition, and authenticity. Through this process, my hope is to create new pathways of growth, allowing you to continue to adapt beyond just surviving and towards thriving.

About
As a liberation-oriented clinician, I understand individual challenges and suffering to be inextricably linked to intergenerational and collective harms. I have a particular interest in supporting people whose needs have not been met by Western medicine or conventional talk-therapy. I approach psychedelic therapy and ecotherapy with epistemic humility and concern for relationships of reciprocity.

I tend to feel a natural resonance with artists, activists, caregivers, and educators, as well as those grappling with identity and belonging.

Why "12th House"?
In astrology, the 12th House signifies secrets, hidden forces, isolation and vulnerability, as well as dreams, intuition, instincts, mysticism, inspiration, transcendence and transformation. I am called to illuminate such topics with passion and creativity. I approach this work with an introspective nature and an interest in spirituality, archetypes, and consciousness.
